Return/Exchange Policy

Due Due to the nature of our business, all refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 4 days of receiving your order. All wigs and bundles must be unaltered and still in original packaging.

Return Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days. All wigs and bundles will be inspected for any usage before the refund process begins.

Shipping/ Processing

Processing period begins once the order is complete. Once the order is completed processing will take 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time

All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping will take up to 4 Business Days for US Residents.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order you have within 24 hrs of your original purchase date to notify us. After 24 hours your order will begin processing and cancellation can not be completed.
